About Chris Mays
After marrying my dear wife Kristi, finishing college, and becoming a father, I invested about a decade working in education technology sales and earning a couple of graduate degrees on the side. And while I enjoyed what I did vocationally, I didn’t enjoy being away from my wife and children, something my job often required. My family never complained. In fact, they were always extremely supportive of me. But the thought of my wife and kids having dinner and going to bed without me at home on a regular basis became increasingly distasteful to me.
So I started thinking and praying about a new way to apply my desires to connect with people and to serve as a subject matter expert, with the experience I had gained in education technology sales and business development. After a bit of trial and error, my wife and I realized that real estate would allow me to fulfill my desire to connect with and help people in our local area without sacrificing my role as a husband and father. For me, deciding to become a Realtor and serve my local community in this capacity was a very thoughtful decision and an answer to prayer that has proven to be a perfect fit.
I genuinely enjoy helping people throughout the process of buying and selling homes, land other properties. I look forward to the work I do, am thankful for the opportunity to serve my clients well, and whenever possible to foster relationships that endure beyond the transaction.
